Confessions for Health!

The Lord forgives all of my iniquities and heals me of all diseases; He redeems my life from destruction and crowns me with loving kindness and tender mercies. The Lord satisfies my mouth with good and my youth is renewed like the eagle's. I have a healthy body. My blood levels are perfect and my organs operate in perfection. My bones, limbs and joints are strong and pain-free. My body is a disease-free zone, because the broken body of Jesus and His shed blood covers it.

 I exercise regularly and I have great health. I am stress-free, strong and vibrant and filled with God's life. I eat the right; foods that give me energy and strength, in the right portion sizes. I speak life to my body.  I am above, only, and never beneath. I can do all things because Christ strengthens me. I declare that I am the healed and not the sick! I am well. I feel great. My body grows stronger and stronger day by day. I am whole and sound, and the peace of God dwells in, upon and all around me.

By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed!
