A Healthy body stresses the absence of disease and often implies energy and strength. 

If you want a healthy body, a decision and commitment is necessary.  Attaining good health is about bringing the body back into its natural state of health.  It is not about taking the right pills or supplements; it is about adopting healthy practices that will support the natural evolution of the body. Attaining good health also involves cleaning up the results of past actions.  This means cleansing the organs, removing toxic metals and waste, balancing the energies of the body and removing excess acid.

 

Where do we begin?  

The journey to attaining good health may require cleansing of the internal organs. The most important organ to focus on is the colon. Cleansing your colon and developing healthy nutritional habits reduces the workload of all other major organs of the body. This is the most effective form of detoxification for your entire body.  The blood that flows through every major organ in your body comes from the colon.  When the large intestine is sluggish and not removing waste efficiently, too much fluid from the waste is absorbed into your body. This in turn, causes hard, impacted stools and allows far too many toxins from the foods you eat to be absorbed into your bloodstream.  Major organs work to clean that blood. The 'dirtier' the blood, the greater the work load.  The bottom line is: Cleanse your colon first, and the rest of your major cleansing organs -- your liver, kidney, lungs, lymphatic system and skin, will all be healthier and stronger because of it.  Keep in mind that there are different cleansers. Research and select the one that best suits you.

 

Good health is within your reach. There are so many things that are within our power to do or not to do to attain good health.  It isn't always simple, but with consistency it is always effective.
